I got two boxes of "chocolate brown" hair dye from checkers yesterday, after dying my hair and leaving it in for 40 minutes I realized that my hair was now the colour of dirty dish water. I went to ask for a refund this morning or to even received another box to fix the mess. I got told that it was clearly my fault and leaving it on for an extra ten minutes made it lighter as well as being told that he could refund me if it was full. The logic I do not understand. After expressing my problem of having to go into work this evening I got told "Well I have a gun in my office if that helps." Thank you checkers, for nothing. I will no longer be buying from your stores.
