I was at the salon on Saturday at 15:30 and they made me sit for 30 minutes waiting, when i went there i told them i just want my roots done and then i want my hair cut shoulder lenght! They did the oposite my hair is damage and my hair is brown yellow grey and it looks terrible, they burnt my head scull. and they where all over the show the whole time. i ask them to do my nails just a pedicure and then i got a full on nails put on my fingers. The whole time they where putting toner on for what i dont know and then dying the hair and then all of a sudden foil!!! because the brown will let the hair look better. I never wanted brown or grey or yellow on my hair. i wanted to do my roots as i am blond and just want my roots done. my hair was done a month ago in franshoek and now i just wanted my roots and cut it. then i ask to cut and they told me no, it wont suit you!!! after walking out at about 21:15 the evening i had to pay R2600.00 rand i almost fell on my back as i was quoted no less then R750.00, i am shocked!! surely somebody must do something about this. I dont want to go back there, and my hair is a mess!!!
