I am incredibly disappointed in with Garnier Nutrisse hair colour - my hair was honey blonde and i wanted to lighten it, bought a lighter shade of hair colour, and it came out a darker shade of bown.
I followed every instruction and tip to the letter and my hair had not been coloured for more than a year. I am going to have to spend thousands on professional treatments to get my hair back to a decent shade and decent shape so would not recommend this product to ANYONE EVER!
I tried calling the call centre and they are only available until 5 on until thursday and half day on friday - not weekend or evening when people would be colouring their hair and need advice. So along with a terrible product there is no customer care when you would need it - I dont understand that at all either
