Complete disregard for terrible service delivery

I went to a salon recently and had my hair done. When I first arrived the stylist that was meant to do my hair was not there, then they did not have brown or red hair colour to die my hair with. Eventually after a lot of waiting, the owner arrived with the colour and another stylist did my hair. The owner guaranteed that the colour worked and lasted very long as she had tried it on her own hair. Also while I was there multiple other customers with appointments arrived, but were turned away because the salon was under staffed. Three weeks later, my hair is no longer red but a gross brown colour. The salon now refuses to take any measures to rectify their having completely messed up my hair. The owner is being blatantly rude about the whole situation. I have never been thus treated in my whole life and cannot believe the pure disregard for customer service and satisfaction. If this is the manner in which they chose to treat their customers then I would recommend that no one ever frequent this salon or any of the other salons that were recently opened by this owner.
