I contacted Redz Hair Salon on the Bluff and asked if they have someone at the salon that specialize in colour. I was assured they do and made an appointment for the29th of June 2013 to get my hair done. I was quoted R700.00. I was in that Salon for 4 hours and by the time they were done, the dark streaks in my hair was orange and ginger, not blonde!!! My hair was damaged and looked disgusting!!! To put the cherry on the cake I was charged R1500, 00 for my hair. When I spoke to the owner Dawn regarding my damaged orange hair and the fact that I was over charged they had a lot of excuses and blamed my shampoo which is Tressemme for my hair colour not taking. I told them to refund me so I can go somewhere else to fix my hair, I was told that they don't do refunds and I must come back in 1 week, and they will fix it. I went back a week later and walked out still with the same orange streaks in my hair, I was then told to come back a 3rd time today 17 July 2013. When they finished my hair again it was orange and this time my hair all came out darker, when I spoke to the hairdressers about this they had a bad attitude and I was told reporting it will get me nowhere.
