I did not realise that I was in the express till (10 items or less). The cashier was halfway through my purchase, when she grumpily said to me "This is more than ten items". I looked at her puzzled, then stepped back to look for the sign. I apologised to her, saying I did not realise it was the express till. She did not respond, gave me a bad attitude, and packed my groceries into bags. After I paid, I apologised again and she still did not respond. She began to serve the next customer while I had barely finished, and when I picked up my bags I saw that she had thrown my stuff in haphazardly, upside down, eggs at the bottom under other items, and had simply not bothered to pack some of my groceries, leaving them behind on the counter!
