I have been trying to do a sim swap for two months now since i joined this one2one contract thing with no success, which would have been a 2 minutes thing with an MTN consultant. I went to the shop n they promised to fix it. They sent me a sim card which is not registered with RICA n when i register it failed now im stuck but they still dedacting money from my Exact account.
