I was at the store on the 20/08 to pay for my groceries and one of the terminals was not working properly so the cashier called the supervisor who came and said she will give me another till to move to. I had already packed my stuff in the grocery bag and before i cud move to a different till i ask who will carry my bags and they said i will carry that myself. i then carry my bags to that till and still the next cashier cud not use the machine as they keep on selecting the incorrect options on the terminal. they took out my groceries and had to scan them again and i ask Glenda who was the other cashier i was refered to and she said i will pack them myself with an attitude, i told her that if it was a white customer will they treat them the same way they did. she just looked at me and the Supervisor Lindiwe Mahlangu also gave me an attitude. It seems no one was able to use that machine cause the trans eventually went through when someone else came to check what was happening. Firstly it was my payday and it front of other customers they told me that trans is due to insufficient funds. Lindiwe Mahlangu as supervisor did not apologise even after the trans went through.
