Acc query still not sorted

I bought a lounge suite from Russells silverton last year July, service at the time of sale was good, delivery made on time. i started making payments to them via EFT only to be advised that there are 2 accounts under my name. i was'nt even receiving any statement, i went back to the store to enquire about this, i was told to bring my bank statements so they can see how many transactions were made to them from my account. I did that but till today this matter has'nt been resolved. i call this accounts manager to get progress with no luck. she will promise not call back but she doesn't. Russels has the most pathetic after sales service ever. they have active and non-active accounts on 1 persons name, how their system allows money to get into a non-existing account is still a mystery to me
