Bad service

I greeted the cashier but got no answer.

When asked the cashier if I want a bag, automatically I said yes.

When I finished paying, the cashier looked at me: who will pack these bags?

I packed it in the end myself

I do not care to pack my own bags, but is it really necessary to be so rude?
The place was very busy, so the cashier could certainly told me that I have to pack my own bags, but there was no kindness or indication that I have to pack it yourself.
