Poor service at till point

Went to buy my groceries, at the till point the cashiers communication towards me was: BAGS? the packer was chatting her way towards the rest of the shop not minding my items piling up. The next persons groceries was already coming down. The packer looked at me holding 5 items and asked if this is mine. On my response to say YES she trough the items into the trolley no bag no nothing. Absolutely poor service
