My Blackberry was recently, i followed all procedures by getting the cellphone blacklisted, itc number opening a case at the police station etc!!!
Only to find out now that i want to do a sim swap to get my number back i need to AGAIN go and get an avidavit from the police station AND I HAVE TO PAY R140 to do a sim swap!!! I PAY MONTHLY FEES TO MTN!!! but i have to fork out more money now to get my number back!!! If i was a prepaid customer it wouldn't cost me a cent to do a sim swap!!
I'm highly disgusted and as my contract is up witnin 2 months i shall not be re-newing it as i was looking at doing and will be advising all family members who were looking at mtn to look elsewhere!!! seems like if you are on contract you seem to have to pay for every little thing!!!
