I have to agree fully with one of the previous complaints, definitely baby "doom". I wanted to purchase a rocking horse for my 9 month old daughter and like any other parent i am very safety conscious. The one i had in mind was in a box and none displayed. I asked one of the sales people for assistance and this man halfheartedly said he cant and walked away. The manager in this store is familiar with me as we always buy from them since my daughter was born. He responded that it was against store policy and i walked out and went to another one in another area. The manager on duty at the other store said that there was no such policy in place and unfortunately they did not have stock on those. All this happened a month ago. I went back yesterday 28/07/13 and same story and when i told them that i am calling head office the manager then only opened one of the boxes and just as i thought the horse was to small.get rid of these incompetent staff or give them adequate training even better i think, dont have sales people as they are representing your brand.
