Wanted to buy a Jolly Jumper from the store. According to the four staff members on shift it was the last box available. The box was damaged and resealed with sellotape (app got it like that from supplier). I told them that I would take the box like that but asked them to first open it so I could be sure every thing is in the box. According to them its their policy to not open any boxes!! How can you expect a customer to buy something if they cant see it displayed? Especially if its in a resealed and damaged box!! The service or should I say lack of it was PATHETIC!!! The store manager was not there so thank you very much for the POOR serv: Charmaine, Thabiso, Funeka and Clement from the Mall @ Carnival branch. Rather give your jobs to someone who would appreciate it and actually do it!
