Unhappy staff make an unhappy experience

Cashiers in a store are generally the last person a customer has contact with and is the point which completes the shopping experience. Mellissa Allen is an employee whom has no understanding of what good customer services is all about and lacks good customer relation skills. She did not greet me on first contact then 'scolds' me for not having my pack of onions weighed. I did tell her to leave it aside but she should have made an effort to have it weighed for me so she is actually happy to deliberately lose a few rands for her company. She infuriated me further when she asked me for a little tropika which my son was holding which she had already scanned. When i asked her to check, she had bad attitude and said she was just asking. She said nothing else to me and just rudely passed the card machine to key in my pin. People like her can dampen an entire trip to the mall. She doesn't realise that customers are parting with their money and should actually be friendly at that point of the sale. Very disappointing experience! I expect for this matter to be dealt with the utmost urgency.
