I visited the Baby Boom Centurion Mall store at 17h15 on Saturday, 9th March 2013 to view baby feeding chairs. Whilst in the store, I noticed a baby seat, which can be attached to standard chairs, hence serves as a baby feeding seat/chair. However, these were in boxes, hence I asked Thabang if there are any out of the box that I may view. Thabang mentioned to me that I should view the image on the box to 'see' the product. This quite annoyed me since he was most unhelpful, and showed no respect for me as a customer. Naturally, for me to purchase the product, I would like to 'touch and feel' it first, hence my question. I immediately left the store, and noticed that even the 3 staff members who were congregated at the tillpoint were just as unhelpful! Get your act together, Baby Boom! Get more professional and helpful staff, or lose customers! You've certainly lost me as a customer!!!
