I went into baby boom two days ago (Wedenesday 24th) to view a feeding chair. Firstly you have to ask for assistance and even when you do the staff stand back and half heartily help you. I got information about the chair and returned the next day (Thursday 25th) to purchase it.
Here is the doom.. again you have to ask for assistance which by now i was okay with. I ask for the chair only to be told that it is the last chair *Surprise surprise* she informs me that they sold the last one and the one on display was only put up today (Thursday 25th) which was a big as i was there the day before. I than enquired if i could have the chair on display and in a nice tone asked for a discount as it was open and on the floor. they lady refused to answer and spoke to the other staff in the store in their language. I eventually got to the till only to find out that the price had increased from the day before and the store manager was out. I couldnt bare this terrible service and all the time i was there, the assisting staff would communicate to each other in their language.
NO more baby stuff from the doom
