I purchased a pair of pumps from the Centurion store two weeks ago, finding the shoes unsuitable I went to the store to return them, they were never worn and still in the original packaging, the store clerk first informed me that they do not return sales purchases, when i asked if that was store policy as it is not foshini policy she called her manager, after 10min of waiting she appeared with a mouthful of food and started spitting into the bin, she then picked up the shoe and very rudely told me that it looks worn and cannot be returned, her sales lady told her the shoes were new but she refused to listen to her and walked out of the store, after much fussing another sales staff had a look at the shoes and told the sales lady to process the return, which she could not do without the authority of the manager, they then asked me to return to the store after 30min. which i did, the manager was quite livid and again made me wait before she processed the return. The store service is pathetic!
