The Worst Customer Service Eve

Good Day

I would like to notify that i have never ever seen service thus bad. To me it looks like this branch is only in it for the money and not to satisfy there customers. I lay-bye i made at the N1 City Branch is the last time i will ever support that branch again. There service is utterly the worst i have seen thus far. My Lay-bye was over R2000.00 and i returned the car seat i bought a week ago in which i was not helped. Brand new in it's rightful package with there 7 days return policy and yet they just refuse. There attitude in which they approached me was even worst than there service. Amara from Cape Gate claims she is the regional manager had a even more ugly attitude than the people working at the store. She has no customer skills and does not know how to deal with customer's at all. Sorry i ever supported that store. However i decided to call Head Office and Liezel from Head Office sent me to Baby Boom in Willow bridge who changed my mind about Baby Boom altogether with there heart warming service. The Store manager at the store Willow bridge helped me with a smile and therefore i appreciate it. Suenette and Harry - Thanks for your excellent service.
