Its sunday and we decide to get a ready made dinner at spar. We order there redy made greek salad in a tub. AND I must note that there is already tub s made up that can only be from yesterday! We get home and open the tub of greek salad and it stinks, that old, sour, mature smell that you get from cucumber when its old. The skin of the cucumbers gone soft and the tomato's are rancid. I call them up and her immediate reaction is sorry please bring them back for a full refund... unbeliveably... I respond well your very confident does this happen a lot? Her response is that they "normally get complaints about the meat"! Absolutely flbegasted and of course now understanding the immediate response I say - "does the owner actually care about the complaints" and once again taken aback (but understanding more than ever about why its - JUST OK) she says the owners never here, just the duty officer!! I was never offered the chance to talk to him and this girl is clearly used to taking these kind of calls which make me feel like they are winging it!
