We were shopping in Southgate Edgars and was approached by a lady that was posing as if she was one of the staff members. She mentioned that she will be able to give them a further discount on their clothing because of the amount that they will be buying for so my mother carried on picking what they wanted. To cut a long story short she managed to get me and my mother away from my daughters and then came back to my daughter and took my mums bag and disappeared. When we got back to my daughter the bag was gone, we then approached a member of staff who was willing to assist, she contact security to alert them and then the Manager Mr Phumlani Tsotsetsi. The Manager was so unhelpful he listened to our story and said that because my daughter gave the bag willingly he can not help us. My daughter is 15 years old and is still a child. He was so rude. I asked him is this how you treat customers who have been in a terrible situation and he said he can not help me. I told him that he does not have people skills to which he further said he is there to look after his staff and the merchandise. We wanted to see the camera footage to which he said "NO" and told me to "Get out of the store".
