I recently went to create a registry for my baby shower. At first the sales lady at the store informed me that a box could only be provided 20 days before the date of the baby shower, but in the mean time they would create a list and a box would be given within the 20 day period. I was contacted during the week and given my registry number. When speaking to the Manager on duty I was told that I was not allowed a box. When asking why, the Store Manager informed me that she does not have time to now go and create a box for me. After arguing with the Store Manager I was told to rather go shop somewhere else and that she was not willing to help. Today I went in to add on items to the 'LIST' which they had created, however no list even exists. I have already sent out my invites to over 80 guests. The specific Store Manager which I previously spoke to was not on duty, however they did contact her whilst we were in the store. After speaking to her once again, she was extremely rude and told us once again to go and shop somewhere else and threw the phone down in my boyfriends face. We have now moved our registry and will never shop at any Baby City again.
