21 day Policy, fact or fiction?

To Whom ever can give me a straight answer and NOT to me!!

My Acer Notebook was still damaged after the 21 day warranty promise of repairing it. The management promised me an upgrade which was followed by. As today I come to hear that the management "apparently" made other plans on the day I went to the branch which did not reach my ears, the attitude I got was highly disgusting. Again I was to on the phone by the employee's the 1st claimed my goods was ready on the 25th of July and then the second person I spoke to claimed it was ready 5 days prior to that, someone was definitely trying to cover their own. Today I come to hear that my Notebook is going in for repairs again!!! After I waited the maximum of 21 days and did not even get notification that my goods were ready. When I called in I was assured that I would be called back which again was a LIE!!

If Hi-fi Corp does not upgrade my Notebook the 21 day policy is a and they should take the promise down if they cannot uphold it.

I've noticed I am not the first to bring this to the surface.
Sending it in for repairs again and extensively exceeding the 21 day policy will be highly unethical.
