NOT GETTING VALUE FOR MONEY - HI FI CORPORATION

Bought a notebook at Hi Fi Corporation Cape Gate Brackenfell on 29/01/2013. After few days it started freezing. Finally returned it on 18/02/2013 requesting a refund. They refused a refund as this is only done within 14 days after purchase. Was not informed of this on day of purchase. They told me the notebook will first be send to Samsung for assessment to see if they will be credited for the notebook. They also said that the guarantee do not cover the software.(was not informed on day of purchase) While standing there another notebook (also Samsung) came in for repairs. Customer only had it nine days. On 21/02/2013 Mishka from Hi Fi Corporation phoned me and said that it was a software problem and unfortunately they will not refund me. She could not give a direct answer just that she was informed by the supplier that it was a software problem. But I bought the notebook with software on.
