I claimed on the 18th February 2013 for Samsung Notebook & the cost was R -3700, at first I was told that they wil get back to me, the the following day I was told that the replacement cost of this notebook is now R6000 so they wont pay for it, I told the lady that I neva claimed for R6000 & I saw a samsung Laptop @ Makro its more or less the same price that I bought my notebook but I was told on the 20th by the consultant that I had a Notebook not a Laptop, I asked for Manager she told me the LAME EXCUSE that the replacement cost i more. I even contacted the 0861115660 to get clarity for my policy & she advised me that I do have a claim & the Maximum for my claim under unspecified its R 3900 I do not know why they dont wanna pay. I even ask them to cancel the policy yesterday & i was helped by I very RUDE consultant telling me about the terms & conditions & on that terms and conditions theres nothing says if your portable possesion is more tha R1500 specify it. I feel that I'ven treated unfairly by Dial Direct will naver use them EVER IN MY LIFE so difficult to replace the smaal amont who do I trust you with big amoutns, not even a member form my family will use this company
