To whom it may concern,
I bought a Acer Travelamte from The Notebook Company in Pretoria 3 months ago. My Windows 7 crashed and I took it to the, The Notebook Company, they could fix it and sais that they don't cover software.
So I went to the Acer warranty booklet and there is a 180 days of software warranty. I phoned Acer to give me my Windows 7 product key since it was not at the back of my laptop and The Notebook Company can't help me with this.
Acer South Africa told me I need to buy a R600 - R 1200 cd for some recovery, witch won't work. I mean what is the point of nuying a laptop from Acer with a Geniune Windows on it and Acer won't give me my product key, which I am entitled to. Now I have to give exstra money out because Acer won't give me my Product KEY.
WHy won't you guys help me. I mean I paid R10, 000.00 for laptop and now I need to buy WINDOWS 7 again...!!!..
This is some of the worst service I have ever received... Can some one tell me why I need to pay this???
