Only 5 tills open at PnP Maponya this afternoon at 17h35 (25 minutes before store close). Store manager tells me "There is nothing I can do. The roster says they should leave. The store was full with 45 minute queues. This is taking the customer for granted. It's nonsense. Why didn't he open a till himself?
It was a waste of an afternoon. Now I need to find somewhere else to do my shopping tomorrow.
