Some words need to be said so it brings change and help us improve situations.
I have visited several similar shops like the NEW WORLD in Menlyn shopping centre, in and outside the country, big or small but I never found ill mannered sales staff with inadequate amount of Information regarding their products and line of business which is in this case electronics. Additionally they show a completely repulsive attitude towards the customer and misdirect totally. Frankly, if they do not know what's a zeppelin player, then I seriously doubt there capabilities. This I happened to experience as I was looking for bluetooth adapter for my zeppelin to play music from Samsung phone. We learn everyday but I am sure that their sales staff are not at all interested as they do not even try to enjoy bringing those opportunities to educate themselves. So the natural reaction is to escape from the situation by I'll behaving with the customer (problem) and continue staying in darkness.
I left small complain with a senior person at the store and hope she will do themselves favour by taking necessary steps to rectify the situation crippling them days after days. Hopefully wll see better day.
