Talk about bad customer service, not even to talk about the incompetency of their call centre. About seven months ago I went to Game at the Vaal Mall branch to get a settlement amount on my account, and the lady BEHIND the computer phoned in and received my settlement amount. She gave me the amount with the banking details, and I paid it into the bank as given to me. Three months later GAME phones me back and tell me I must still pay R290-00 for card fees, I mean really WHAT THE, I PAID MY SETTLEMENT AMOUNT, now they want to investigate the matter again, and this is going on for about seven months, HOW LONG CAN A INVESTIGATION REALLY TAKE, not to mention the @$^%^ keeps promising they will phone me but yes again all. PLEASE LISTEN if they can steel R290-00 from me times that with a thousand people and how much do they get at the end of every month I mean come-on lets get real I think ALL THE CORPORATE COMPANIES SHOULD THINK VERY HARD BEFORE???
