Visited Look & Listen Cavendish Square on Thurs 25 July. Couldn't find CDs so headed to the cashiers desk for assistance - as no sales staff were on the floor.
There were 2 sales staff behind the counter, one assisting a customer - no one else in the queue. Waiting my turn, the sales guy assisting the customer barked at me, 'Go pay at the gaming counter! '. Confused why he'd send me there, I told him I was not here for games but for assistance. 'They can help you there! ' he responded.
Off to the gaming counter I went nontheless, to find 1 sales guy with 2 guys in a queue. off I went back to the main cashiers desk to complain, when the other sales guy decided to then assist. I asked for two artists I was looking for, I followed him to the section where those CDs were, where he didnt find them either, but without saying a word disappeared into a staff entrance. I waited.
After a while I gave up waiting & headed back to the sales desk - where I found him assisting another customer. After waiting he replied that dont have the artists. I requested three others - same response to them all.
Left from there to Musica, where I not only found helpful staff, but the CDs I wanted.
