Struggle to close account

On the 20th Nov 2012 I paid off my Game account and then went to the store in Secunda to close my account completely. I then had to wait over an hour as apparently there is only one person that can close accounts amd she was not there. So I waited until she could help me. The lady then told me I still owe some money and gave me the amount. I went to the tellers and paid the last amount. The lady then told me that my account will be closed in 48 hours. Today 1 February, I received a Game bill of R25.21. A service fee was added for this month. Clearly my account was never closed. Why is it that I must struggle like this. Must I go into Game stores again and wait over an hour and hope someone help me to try and close my account again? This is really bad customer service again from Game Secunda.
