In August 2012 I decieded to close my account. I requested a settlement amount, roughly around R13k, and asked the call centre operator if this amount would close, settle and cancel my account. She ensured me that it would. I made the full settlement payment. To this day this account is not yet closed. I still get statements and smss. Close this account immediatley and remove me from your incompetant systems, people and processes. Someone better get hold of me to settle this issue before I take it furthu
