Saturday, 20/7/13: I only needed a few things & was in a hurry to get back home. I bought 2 kids water/cool drink bottles (Cars & Princess) the price on the shelf for each one was R14.99. Amongst it were other bottles with diff prices. When I paid, I noticed that the scanned price for both were R21.99. As the store was extreemly busy I did not want to keep the rest of the people waiting, I paid & directly went across to "Info". I explained what happend. The lady behind the counter told me to wait, she will send some one to go & check the prices. I followed her, she took the barcodes off the shelf, took it back to the "Info" counter - prices were indeed incorrect - the lady behind the counter pushed a book infront of me & told me to fill in my details. I told her I don't understand why? Checkers made a mistake, I did not leave the shop, I came directly from the til to the Info, I paid by Debit Card (so they could have checked my ID). I was given No explaination, No one greeted, No one appologised for inconvenience/time wasting or thanked me for making them aware of their mistake. I phoned Mr Wheeler - he did not appologise - told me instructions. VERY BAD!
