This is not the first time I have complaint about prices not being reflected right.
It is the most annoying feeling to go to Checkers for items that are on promotion and then having to correct them when being scanned at till. Having to check your receipt every time for right amounts.
2 of the items I bought on promotion was scanned with normal price. First item had to be taken off bill then notice another item and had to refunded at customer care.
The manager was not very helpful, just standing there trying to avoid conflict. Not a sorry or we will sort it out. No nothing from him.
I thank the girl packing the bags, sad I did not catch her name who tried to correct the mistake by being friendly, pointing out that its on promotion etc. Also the girl at the customer care counter, in my view any of the two can rather step into the managers job.
As I was being attended to another girl was waiting on a refund for a juice being charged wrong.
I will never shop at checkers again and really spread the word of how inconvenient it is.
