Manager treats people like dirt

I went to the store on the 12th July to exchange a shoe bought as a gift. I did not have a slip, only an invoice number. The lady that assisted me told me that her new manager was not a nice person and would not accept the exchange. She contacted head office and was in the process of assisting me, when in walked "Drina" the manager. Her attitude from the start was bad. She was obviously not happy with the exchange as it was not bought in "her" store. She was rude to both me and her staff and I was appalled.

I don't care if Rage thinks this is acceptable because I do not believe that people should behave this way.
How dare she!
