I bought 3 pairs of shoes at Rage in festival mall, the time was 15:17, when I went back at 16:05 to exchange 1 pair to another, I was told that they cannot give me the deference of the money. The shoe I wanted to exchange was R255, 00 the one I wanted to exchange it with was R169, 00 my change was supposed to be R85, 00 and they can not give me that much.
They called their head office in Edenvail and the person who had to make the authorization just ignored the phone when it rang, she was even sent a whatsApp message and she just read it and didn't respond.
We stood there for more than 80min without any service.
How can u buy something and they tell you that they cannot give u back your money because you are not satisfied with what you bought!
Bad service ever!!!
