Bad Service towards custome
On 20th December 2013 at 4:30pm I approached the store manager regarding two pairs of shoes for exchange, i wanted to change the shoes for bigger sizes, which they didn't have. i then asked them for a refund which they refused to give me. i then told them to contact Rage head office so that i could talk to someone. the manager told me that they were closed. i asked them to use Skype and they told me it was offline. i eventually told them that i will try with my cellphone and the manager quickly phoned head office. The head office said that they must callback in ten minutes and i waited for ten minutes and asked the manager to call which she refused to do. i then told her that i will report her to Rage Head Office, she then called and i spoke to person by the name of Rachel, who didn't hesitate to authorize the refund. In the interim i wanted to buy 3 pairs of shoes and i was totally ignored and not served from 4:30pm to 6pm. i kept querying and she told me that they were busy and that i must wait. she then sent a casual worker to me with a left leg shoe in the box. i asked her for the right leg and she laughed and walked away. i would like the CEO of Rage to urgently contact me.
