In December 2012, I bought a pair of shoes at Rage mall of the north, and when I got back to Pretoria I wore the shoe and the whole heel area snapped. I went to a nearest Rage store and I was told they can't exchange without a box and slip. Fortunately I had swiped my card and I printed the bank statement for them. When I went to return them again it was also a hassle but I was eventually sorted out, I never complained about the treatment I got from their staff, in fact I even got a more expensive replacement. Today that replacement has snapped and has only been worn for 3days and not even for a full day. I'm so disappointed with the quality of shoes this store sells, I trusted their brand but now I keep getting disappointed, and am even not motivated to take the shoe back, due to not willing to go through the same hassle again.
