I bought a shoe just before the 20th of December last year, I wore the shoe once and the heal was scratched, I took it back for a refund because I don't want rage shoes anymore because they are of low quality. I lost my receipts and they said they can inly exchange the shoe at a lower price because its on sale now. I bought a shoe @ R259 now they want to exchange it @ R159 the @*!!! And they cant refund me either. But for heaven sake I bought the shoe with my account... how come you do not have my records on your systems. I promise you, you will lose so many customers with such pathetic service.
I wont be supprised if u get beck to me after a year.
