I bought shoes at Rage a week ago and i had fitted the shoes on one side, when i get home fitted on both sides and walked around the house with them i then realized that one side is actually bigger than the other. today i go back to exchange the shoes for a smaller size, a lady by the name of Margaret told me they can't take the shoe because i had worn it. Now my question to her was "how was i supposed to know the shoe does not fit if i had not worn it? ' she did'nt have an answer for that.
I had recently opened an account with them and i had to close the account that moment, cut the card into pieces and left it at the shop. I never want anything to do with Rage ever in my life. I had been a loyal Rage customer for as lng as i can remember and it was my first time getting such treatment and response.
They have totally lost my respect and i am going to take this further. They do not respect their customers at all
