I received shoes from a friend and wanted to exchange for other shoes of shame price, the shop rage nongoma rerefused to assist me a staff member who was very rude and was busy with other things while I was talking. I then phoned heaf office who told me they will call me back and did not. I phoned the next morning and was told as long I have slip I must go back to d store and the store assistant must call veruska or dorate (spelling) to assist me. Veruska refused to help me and spoke to me in a very bad manner telling me about the national credit act in which I do not know what it has to do with my case. I've never experence such humilation by head office person with staff member talking rude to me like I was commiting crime. I have been trying to call veruska and she dropped a phone on my ear and when I call back she's not responding. I have experience working with clients and I do not wish for any clients to be in my position. I am with a shoe that I do not understand why It can not be exchange as now an excuse is for me to contact the person and they as store should contact the person for their own security verification. How can Veruska as senior person in Rage store treat.
