The two cashiers working in this store are absolutely shocking. Both lounging over the cashier desk, don't greet customers and when trying to change the shoes that were too small they gave me such attitude, shaking their heads at me. I spend a lot of money at Rage, most of mine and my daughters shoes are bought there and I will now never put foot in a Rage store again. They have lost a good customer!
I had the shoes in perfect tact, in the Rage box and in the Rage packet as this is their criteria for exchanges. I did not have the slip, however those two shocking cashiers know us very well as we are always in that store buying shoes but they would not exchange the shoes and then give attitude on top of it. They clearly don't value their jobs and in a funky store like Rage, you would expect happier, friendly people working there.
Very unhappy customer but there are many stores that sell beautiful shoes at the same price! I will share my experience with everyone as the treatment today was not on!
Some lucky person will be donated the brand new shoes and Rage has now lost a good customer and probably a lot more of my friends will stay away from that shop!
