Coricraft needs a lesson in service!

On 29 June I went to Coricraft in Canal Walk, excited & in search of the perfect bed. I've always wanted a sleigh bed & I was excited to see there was a bed on special at Coricraft. So I went ahead & bought the bed and Crystal Mattress for a sum total of R 11, 390. Now I don't care who u are, that's a lot of money & I was happy to spend my heard-earned money on the bed I've always wanted. Unfortunately that's where my excitement ended. I was then told that the mattress would take time to make, which was fine. I was also promised that I would be kept in the loop wrt the mattress, I was always the one to check on when exactly the bed arrive, surely this is yr job? Clearly they don't have an after-sales service policy. When the bed arrived, the mattress didnt arrive with it. I had to phone to find out where it was, then it came later that afternoon, only after I kept threw up a fuss. Then, I discovered the bed was creeking quite badly, I then phoned Cori CW and a technician, Sean, came to see the bed and promised he would keep me in the loop & that 2 new slats and legs need to be made. It's been over a week & i'm still waiting, & almost a month in total. So I spent 11k on broken bed??
