"Sorry we have done our best"

We ordered a bed and mattress from Coricraft and were advised that it would be delivered on 16 December 2013. On that advice we had our bed collected on same date. The delivery truck arrived with our bed but they had brought a base instead of a mattress. We tried to call the store but it was closed. On 17/12/13 we called and even went to the store and were informed that they had made a mistake and that the best they could do was deliver the mattress on 1912/13. We asked that what we should do in the interim and basically were told there was nothing they could do. We then received an sms to say the delivery would take place between 11:00 and 14:00 on 19/12/13. I left work early to wait for the delivery and as i write this report it is past 14:00. i have not even called to complain cause I know the response i will get is "sorry, we are doing our best". their service delivery is very poor and customer satisfaction, in my opinion, is the least of their concerns. Unfortunately, their best just isn't good enough and we will certainly warn others and personally never shop there again.
