I ordered a Ergo Rest mattress through Groupon. After several calls delivery was made. Upon opening the mattress I was really excited as it looked and felt so nice. Within the first week and a halve I noticed that the middle of the mattress does not return to its original size, It feels like you're sleeping in a hole. When lifting the bedding to turn the mattress, (which is advertised as a non-turn mattress) I saw that the stitching was starting to tare loose. I phoned and they said I must send pics. After sending them the mail I received a mail back from Dieter Bergins, Sales Manager saying that my complaint was 2 days to late for the money back guarantee and that I therefore have to pay R350 to get the mattress to them so they can fix their faulty product. This is ridiculous and I would not encourage anyone to buy from this company.
