I bought a double sleigh bed with a mattress and two pedestals. Firstly they delivered the consignment without the bed. I then cancelled the sale and asked them to collect their goods, and reimburse me. All of this happened on the 5th of December 2012. It's now February 2013 and I'm yet to get my refund from Coricraft. This past week I've been given the run-around from their head office by a lady called Melody. She is the epitome of incompetence and has utter disregard for clients. Melody committed to have me refunded by the 31st of January 2013 but this promise is YET to be fulfilled.
