According to Edgars records my account is in arrears. I do not agree with them as I have proof!!
I am being phoned every week, sometimes twice a week, sometimes letters and threatening smses.
I went to Edgars Alberton with all my receipts, they were faxed through but still, I got calls and was told to see the credit manager, Diane, of which I did and still not helped.
I was still phoned from Head Office by different people, each one of them asking me to fax through proof of payment. I faxed to about 4 of those people and no one comes back to me. I don't know how to prove to them anymore.
Payments made are as follows: 2 January 2013 - R500.00
11 January 2013 - R400.00
2 February 2013 - R200.00
May 2013 - R300.00
Please Help!!! Till this day I am still being called
