Accusing me of not paying my account

Good Day,

I have a bad credit record because of Edgars claiming that I did not pay my account. According to them my account was in arrears for 11 months which is not true. Only in May 2012 was my account in arrears. I have also requested on numerous occasions for Edgars to change my email information because they kept on sending my statements to an old email address which I could not access anymore. I have my FNB bank statements to proof that I have made payments for every month except May 2012 and then I made a double payment in June 2012.

Also I have been receiving calls from Edgars lately on a monthly basis stating that my account is still in arrears. Every time I ask the person phoning if I can supply my ID nr so they can check if they have the right person. And every time they confirm and apologise that the accounts must be mixed up because my ID and the one they have is not the same. Edgars is even phoning my sister monthly because she is my Next of Kin to discuss this with her. This has been going on for about 4 months now.
