In January i payed my Edgars account via internet banking. This payment just didnt show up on my account, I kept phoning the help desk and sending emails with proof of payment but after the 15th of january the call centre kept phoning me every 2 days to know when I will pay. Each time I email and fax my proof of payment through but two days later they again phone me. Every time I fax my proof of payment a different manager promises to come back to me but this never happens. Now I am getting sms's that say my account is severly in arrears and that they are going to hand over my account. I dont know what else to do anymore since I keep producing proof of payment and nothing seems to come of this. I had capitec (my bank) and the people from Edgars Brooklyn check my account details and internet banking details and every thing they assured is in order. I have even taken my proof into the store and they faxed it to head office but still this is not getting sorted! Dont know any more!
