EDGARS MY MONEY AND HARASSING ME

Edgars continue to harass me with calls from their collection center regarding outstanding balance due for a month and a half. This dispite the fact that i made an eft payment on 19 April 2013, which they have not deducted from my account. I have faxed and emailed my proof of payment on several occassions, but still my account is not updated with the payment and still i get calls about outstanding accounts and threats that my credit record will be adversely impacted. The accounts department do not reply to my emails. After being a LOYAL edgars customer for about 15 years the treatment i am receiving is very disappointing. Next step will be legal action my side. Edgars are quick to chase for money supposely outstanding, but when called upon to react to proof of payment made, they useless.
